Cancellation Policy
Starting November 18th 2024 there is now a cancellation policy in effect
-POLICY
-If there is a cancellation within 24hour notice of your appointment you will be charged 50% of what your initial appointment was supposed to be. If you cannot pay the fee then you will no longer be able to book with Hair By Jaden.
- If you no call no show (do not show up to your appointment with no notice) 100% of your initial service will be charged. If you cannot pay the fee you can no longer book with Hair By Jaden.
I hate having to now enforce this policy but it happens to me way too often! Thank you all for understanding I appreciate every single one of you!!
